Privacy Policy

When you join our waitlist, request a demo, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company, and role.

When you use the Fotonica platform, we collect the images you upload, the editing operations you run, and usage data such as batch sizes, processing times, and feature usage, so we can operate and improve the service.

We use your information to operate the platform, process your images through our AI pipeline, respond to support and sales inquiries, and send product updates you've opted into.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the images you upload to train models for other customers.

You retain full ownership of every image you upload and every edit Fotonica produces. Originals and edited outputs are stored on your behalf and can be deleted from your account at any time.

Deleted images are removed from active storage within 30 days, in line with our backup retention schedule.

Fotonica is built on AWS infrastructure, using encryption in transit and at rest, isolated storage per account, and access controls scoped to the minimum required for each service to function.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@fotonicaimages.com.
